1. Accurate measurements of pipe size OD, the pipe type, insulation wall thickness and the type of insulation being used are required. If your pipe is already insulated we require the total circumference of the pipe including the insulation, using the appropriate tape measure.
2. The minimum diameter we cater for is 75 mm.
Example: Pipe OD = 20 mm. Insulation wall is 25 mm and the total diameter is 70 mm (25+20+25=70) which is below the minimum requirement. We will use a 25 mm thickness wall insulation with a 25 mm Pipe OD (25x25x25=75).
3. Each metre of straight tube cladding requires 3 bands per metre.
