Two-piece covers for insulated elbows.
Two-piece elbow covers enclose changes of direction in insulated pipework. Interlocking sections and stainless steel bands allow assembly without drilling or riveting, and removal for inspection and maintenance.
Provide the elbow angle, pipe and insulation dimensions, and the measurements shown in the measurement guide. Confirm all dimensions before fabrication.

Elbow system
Two pieces. One clean turn.
The ClickClad elbow system uses a two-piece construction to form clean 90° and 45° turns around insulated pipework.
The interlocking system installs without drilling or riveting, reducing the risk of damaging the insulation below. It is available in 14 standard pipe sizes across aluminium, stainless steel and Colourbond finishes.
