Pipe, insulation, outside diameter and circumference measurement diagram

01 / Pipe

Pipe OD + insulation

Enter pipe type, outside diameter, insulation type and wall thickness. If already insulated, measure the total outside circumference.

Elbow welding line and A and B radius measurement diagram

02 / Elbow

R = smaller of A and B

For steel, measure from the weld lines. For copper, measure from the inner connection lines. Supply both values and we calculate the smaller radius.

Cylinder, flat top and box valve cover measurement diagrams

03 / Valve cover

Shape + W × H × L

Choose Cylinder, Flat Top or Box, then measure the equipment. Allow 15–25 mm clearance and note handles, walls, accessories and other obstructions.

Minimum finished diameter: 75 mm
