Fabricated covers for pipe junctions.
Two-piece tee covers are fabricated to fit junctions between insulated pipe runs. Interlocking joints and stainless steel bands secure the covers without drilling or riveting and allow removal for maintenance access.
Provide the pipe and insulation dimensions for each branch, with a drawing of the junction. Confirm all dimensions before fabrication.

Tee system
Built around the intersection.
ClickClad Tee Covers form a clean, prefabricated junction wherever insulated pipe runs intersect, including connections between different pipe sizes.
The 25 mm interlocking joint brings the two-piece cover together without drilling or riveting, helping protect the insulation below. Covers are fabricated to size across the standard range in aluminium, stainless steel and Colourbond finishes.
