Reusable bands with expansion bellows.
ClickClad’s 304 stainless steel band clipping system uses expansion bellows and a locking mechanism to provide flexibility while maintaining strength around the cladding.
Provide the required band size, width and quantity with the pipe and insulation dimensions. Confirm all dimensions before fabrication.

Band system
Flexibility built into the connection.
ClickClad’s stainless steel band clipping system makes light work of pipe-covering installation and requires minimal tools.
The expansion bellows provide flexibility while the unique locking mechanism maintains strength against external shocks. Made from 304 stainless steel, the bands help protect the insulated system against heat loss and water ingress.
